Balconies and terraced areas are typically built using concrete with a layer of waterproofed material used to cover and protect the substrate and prevent it from deterioration caused by cracking, water ingress and the wear caused by foot fall and the challenges to integrity presented by the elements. The Flat Roof Recovery Company use several waterproofing systems that offer our clients a range of solutions to cover any requirements they may request. The Sealoflex and 3M Scotchkote cold applied liquid waterproofing systems can be applied over virtually any existing balcony or terrace substrate. They are quick to apply and lower the costs that are usually incurred when one has to remove and dispose of the old balcony substrate.
Following the application of the waterproof membrane The Flat Roof Recovery Company can then, if you so require, apply an Eco-Deck deck finish to your balcony or terrace for a truly handsome and professional finish.
